Quote requests

Submitting a quote request does not create a purchase contract or guarantee that a propane provider will respond. Providers make their own decisions regarding service area, pricing, tank eligibility, delivery timing, credit, safety requirements and acceptance of a customer account.

Provider relationship

If you choose to purchase propane or services from a matched provider, that transaction is between you and the provider unless the website expressly states otherwise. SuffolkPropaneRates.com is not responsible for a provider’s delivery, equipment, pricing, installation, safety inspection or service performance.

Price information

Published averages, benchmarks, refill examples and estimated costs are educational information, not offers to sell propane. Actual prices can vary by gallons delivered, tank ownership, route, account type, taxes, fees, service terms and market conditions.

Sharing information for quote matching

By submitting a homeowner quote request and providing the required consent, you authorize SuffolkPropaneRates.com to share the request with matched propane providers so they can respond. Participating providers may pay us for access to qualified leads. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Emergency situations

Do not rely on this website for gas leaks, suspected propane emergencies, immediate run-out safety issues or emergency delivery. Contact your propane supplier or emergency services as appropriate.

Website availability and accuracy

We work to keep information useful and current but do not guarantee that every page, benchmark, provider capability or third-party source is complete, current or error-free.

Dealer participation

Propane providers participating in the lead program are also subject to the Dealer Lead Terms and any separate written account or billing agreement.
